5. 或自然科学类，作为第一作者或通讯作者在中国科学院 JCR1 区 或者在本学科权威
期刊上(各学科通过学校认证的期刊列表) 发表 3 篇及以上学术论文; 人文社会
科学类，作为第一作者或通讯作者在学 校认定的 A1 类期刊或者在本科权威期刊上(各
学科通过学校认证的 期刊 列表)发表 2 篇及以上学术论文；
6. 或所发表的第一作者或通讯作者学术论文经 SCI、EI、SSCI、A&HCI 检索，单篇近

讲师：

Jinan University-University of Birmingham Joint Institute at Jinan
University is a ‘Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education Institute’ approved &#
160;by the Chinese Ministry of Education in 2016. Currently, JNU-UoB offers
four undergraduate programs: Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, &#
160;
Information and Computing Science, Statistics with Economics, and
Economics.
The four programs offered by the Joint Institute focus on integrating
fundamental knowledge with application, aiming to cultivate
mathematical and economic professionals in cross-disciplinarity and
excellence in the fields of social science and natural science. The primary
aim of these programs is to cultivate high-level talents who are
equipped with solid mathematical skills, global vision, strong
competitiveness in innovative capability, and foreign language
proficiency. The four programs put different emphases respectively on
applied mathematics, computing method and program design, statistics,
and economics and finance.

Requirements
Professor/Associate Professor Level
1.Has professional ethics and good academic reputation;
2. Currently working in renowned universities or research institutes at &#
160;home and abroad, with academic title of Associate Professor or above;&#
160;
3. Competency in using English as the teaching medium;
4. Meet one of the following conditions:
a. Head of National Teaching & Research Project, Science and Technology &#
160;Major Project or Social Science Major Project;
b. For natural sciences: has published at least
3 academic papers as first author or corresponding author in Chinese Academy
of Sciences JCR Q1 journals or in the authoritative journals of the
discipline (list of journals accredited by the University); For
humanities and social sciences: has published at least 2 academic
papers as first author or corresponding author in A1 journals accredited &#
160;by the University or in the authoritative journals of the discipline(
list of journals accredited by the University);
c. Has published at least 1 academic paper with at least 30 citations in &#
160;SCI, EI, SSCI or A&HCI as the first or corresponding author;
d. Other qualifications similar to the above.
Lecturer Level
Has professional ethics and good academic reputation;
PhD degree in relevant field;
Overseas Education Background, devoted to teaching and students’
development;
Competency in using English as the teaching medium;
Meet one of the following conditions in recent five years:
a. At least one academic paper in an internationally recognized Journal in &
#160;relevant field or at least one paper in journals with influence factor
over 10;
b. At least two academic papers published in authoritative journals of
relevant field as the first or corresponding author;
c. At least one academic paper published with at least 30 citations in SCI,
EI, SSCI or A&HCI as the first or corresponding author; d. Other
qualifications similar to the above.
Supplementary explanation
Chinese returnees must obtain all academic materials required by the
Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
Salary
