Hi Em,
Need your urgent suggestion please. I received a NOID for speciality
occupation about how can this position be speciality occupation and why
cannot you find local people for it. What are the chances of approval for
this type of noid? My employer said they submitted all the required
documents, but we still got this after an rfe.They said the attorney would
do research and provide legal arguments on why it needs to be approved
without anymore additional supporting documents.Have you had such cases and
if this type of approach would help? I wonder what else can be done now.
