Position: Operation Solution Manager
Responsibilities:
-Partner with operation team to keep close relationship with franchisee
community and collect user requirements and feedback on operation system
-Design detailed business process and user requirements for new system/
application/features
-Facilitate the communication between US team (Franchisee and internal
operation team) and China team (IT department and 3nd party vendors)
-Manage and support the operation IT system migration, new application
rollout and ongoing maintenance in franchisee community
-Support business solution team to do continuous customer experience
improvement and business/operating model innovation
Qualification：
-Bachelor degree, preferably in business, economics, information system, or
management related major.
-2+ years of working experience in operation, process design, CRM project
management
-Strong project management skill, ensure high quality and timeline result
delivery through effective planning, monitoring and intervention
-Fast-learner and self-starter with high degree of motivation to go above
and beyond the task at hand
-Strong communication and interpersonal skill in both US and China
environment; bilingual preferred.
-Retail or franchisee business experience preferred
-Internet/IT industry experience preferred
