If your new employer could be construed as a Conflicting Organization, you
will inform your new employer, prior to accepting employment, of the
existence of this Agreement and provide such employer with a copy.
You will not render services, directly or indirectly, to any Conflicting
Organization, except that you may accept employment with a Conflicting
Organization if you will not be employed in a position which would give rise
to use or disclosure of any DXXX Confidential Information, you will not
render services, directly or indirectly in connection with any Conflicting
Product or Service for the one (1) year no-compete period and DXXX receives
separate reassurances satisfactory to DXXX from such Conflicting
Organization that your employment will not breach the foregoing obligations.

而且就算认，你去一个跟你现单位不存在竞争关系的公司是没问题的。比如你在制药公
司当程序员，出来去个电厂当程序员，这一般没关系。你去Google FB这种应该更没关
系了。 |
