如果Job description里面，专门写了a computer degree is required, 那么他就是
不符合条件，是不能申请的。如果他需要申请工作签证（H-1B）的话，那就更麻烦了，
他不但违反劳动法，同时还违反移民法，后果很严重。
如果Job description里面，没有具体写学位或专业的要求，那就要看不同公司的政策
了。

如果不给你解释机会，那就是一个经验教训。
如果你需要去移民局申请签证的话，肯定是不行的，必须改过来，否则你和公司都会
有很严重的后果。

我fb当时的背景调查也discrepancy，原因是入学时间我填的是21号，学校给的是25号
。就是我跟学校算的时间不一样，是从orientation开始算还是从第一节课开始算而已。
背调给我的结果也是个大大的红色discrepancy，当时把我也吓坏了。结果当然是啥事
没有，连解释都不需要解释。现在想想也是，你要是fb你会在乎这个？ |
