看到这次的UA拖人事件特别特别的震惊加生气。UA自己卖票卖的overbook了,居然还强
制volunteer的让那位华裔医生下飞机。

我觉得,大家应该联合起来给UA的CEO写email重视这个事情,另外一个楼的mm有写一份
email,大家把下面这段话copy paste下然后发到UA CEO oscar munoz的邮箱oscar.

我想信如果收到的email越多,就越会重视这件事情,也希望华人的声音能够更大一些
。不只是Black Live Matter的,我们ChineseLive 也 Matter!
Email的Title:Chinese CommunityReaction about UA3411 flight incident
Mr. Munoz,
I learned about this incident through Chinese Community Forum andI am
utterly shocked by the incident happened on flight 3411 outbound from
Chicago O'hare internal airport to Louisville on April 9th, when a doctor
passenger was brutally dragged off the plane, with apparent bruises and
blood on this face as a result.

It is understandable that an airline oversold its flight tickets from time
to time; however, it is very UNPROFESSIONAL to ask a passenger to leave the
aircraft once boarded. Any airline should resolve the oversold situation
prior to boarding. It is outrageous for a HUMAN BEING to be treat the way
your employee did as showed in the video, let along he is your passenger.
You should try your best to provide a pleasant/average service to your
passenger. Instead, after everyone settled into seats, luggage stored, you
dragged one of the passengers off the plane like dragging one bag of potato!
I have no personal connection with the doctor that's been terribly insulted
on the plane. But as a Chinese, I can feel his pain even through the
monitor when watching this heartbreaking video. We respect others and expect
the same respect from others.
As a result of this incident, I will stopbookingany domestic and
international UA flights. I will share the video and news I saw online to
all the people I know. Ibelieve everyone who watches the video will feel
the same as me. I will start the boycott " 抵制美联行,从我做起“among
all Chinese community and people in the states who want to be treated with
respect when taking a flight. UNTIL, you, Oscar Munoz, come to public, to
apologize to the victim of this insult that he will be treated with equal
respect; to apologize to all the passengers and children on the flights that
this inhuman action won't happen ever again, to apologize to all united
customers that overbook after boarding won't happen again.
It is UNACCEPTABLE to drag a passenger off the plane because of the
incompetence of your employees and the flaws of your system.

貌似不是真的overbook
而是加了四个employee优先上飞机,把别人挤下来
正常顾客都坐好了
这比overbook更恶劣
overbook一般是机舱门口直接就不让登机的,也算有规矩可循
