BICI, Beijing Institute of Collaborative Innovation, is a technology
incubator and investment company promoting transnational R/D and technical
innovation with ample funding and other assistance (www.bici.org). BICI USA,
located in Silicon Valley, is a subsidiary connecting technology, company
and marketplace between US and China. BICI USA has established multiple
projects and investments with US universities and companies.
The venture technology manager's main functions include deal sourcing and
due diligence. You will work with high caliber colleagues and get access to
professors in top US universities, investors and entrepreneurs. Qualified
candidates should have a Ph.D. or Master degree in mechanical engineering or
robotics, broad interests in sciences and engineering, good communication
skills, willingness to acquire new knowledge and expand network, and
critical thinking skills. Experience in both software and hardware is
preferred, but not required. The job location is Santa Clara California.
