发帖数: 438 | 1 As a Data Integration Manager you will lead a team of developers in
implementation of integration solutions interconnecting variety of internal
and third-party systems. The projects support business automation and BI/
BigData applications. Working closely with business users and operations
personnel, you will gather requirements, define the scope, and manage
delivery of high quality software products. You will partner across teams to
address technical problems and ensure smooth solution implementation.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full development cycle from requirements up to go live and
support phases.
Collaborate with Business Owners, Architects and other peers to ensure the
team has clear direction and priorities
Act as a main interface for your team’s services. Employ Agile
methodologies to continuously deliver value to customers.
Institute development best practices to ensure the team produces high
quality, reliable and supportable code
Qualifications / Requirements:
Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
5+ years hands-on development experience using Java and relational databases.
2+ years managing of small teams in Agile environment.
Deep knowledge of data and application integration patterns, SOA and other
integration styles.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact efficiently with
business and technical teams. |
