· Provide technical and engineering support to meet customer’s
expectation and requirement
· Design and implement testing scenario for projects
· Build the first article and maintain NPE documents
· Pre-sale technical support
Requirements
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Solid knowledge of computer products and design/NPI (New Product
Introduction) verification and validation processes
· Strong knowledge with computer hardware, firmware and operating
systems
· Knowledge with LINUX of kernel, driver and script
· Network layer 1 to 3 knowledge
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in computer hardware related
industry
· Disciplined, self-motivated, problem solving capability
· Visualization experience is a plus
· Systems BS degree in engineering major |
