Job Responsibilities
＊ Create and own UX specifications and style guides.
＊ Translate business requirements into usable information architecture and
interaction models.
＊ Evangelize user centered design across the organization.
＊ Define personas.
＊ Lead thought exercises between Product Management, Engineering, and
Marketing.
＊ Generate consensus between all stakeholders.
＊ Assert brand cohesion across all product GUI’s.
Required Skills & Qualifications
＊ Minimum 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer.
＊ Extensive commercial experience designing complex web applications.
＊ Data visualization experience for large datasets.
＊ Must provide portfolio with examples of workflow diagrams, wireframes,
storyboards, high fidelity mockups, and style guides.
＊ Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
＊ Track record of employing user-centered design methods to develop user
interface specifications.
＊ Proven history of managing web design.
＊ Ability and willingness to understand and learn network configuration,
management and deployment best practices.
＊ Expert skills with wireframing tools such as Visio, Omnigraffle, Balsamic
, or Adobe Illustrator.
＊ Expert in Adobe CS tools such as Flash, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator
, etc.
＊ Must be able to excel in a fast pace environment where action and
initiative are prerequisites.
Nice to Have
＊ Master’s degree or equivalent experience in fields such as cognitive
psychology, human factors, information sciences, human-computer interaction,
or related discipline.
＊ Experience optimizing designs based on A/B testing data and usability
testing
＊ Ability to facilitate and coordinate usability studies, user testing and
other research activities.
＊ Experience in visual design, website design, UX/UI design for mobile
tablet and mobile application.
＊ Rapid clickable prototyping experience with tools such as Axure, Flash or
Expression Blend.
＊ Coding skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery. |
