QA:
Responsibilities
Contribute to the testing strategy for the client applications
Prepare and update test plans
Coordinate with Development to resolve issues
Test new releases on mobile handsets
Suggest ways to preemptively avoid bugs
Collaborate with Server testing
Build tools and utilities
Requirements
Strong desire to work for a fast growing startup company
Solid understanding of QA methodology
Strong scripting skills : Shell, JavaScript, Python and/or Perl
Strong programming skills: Java, C++
Strong knowledge of SQL
Strong knowledge of Unix commands
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience testing on consumer-facing applications
Experience working as a hands-on QA Engineer on Android and iPhone mobile
applications
Excellent project planning and project management skills
BS/MS CS/CE/EE or equivalent

Data Analyst:
1.Provide reporting and performance monitoring to product, engineering,
marketing and executive teams using data drawn from diverse sources
2.Perform detailed data exploration and validation to drive Tango’s growth
and engagement
3.Develop new insights and analyses that inform decisions and help us
continue to serve our fast growing community better
Required Skills:
1. More than 2 years experience performing quantitative analysis, preferably
for an internet or technology company or at a top strategy consulting firm
( This is a must, we are not looking for fresh graduate this time)
2.Excellent SQL, MySQL or Hive skills. Extensive experience querying large,
complex data sets
3.High proficiency with Excel including pivot tables and analysis modules
4.Working knowledge of basic statistics; experience with R, SAS or similar a
plus
5.B.S. or B.A. in math, economics, statistics,engineering or other technical
field required; advanced degrees a plus

Front End Developer
Must haves:
Strong knowledge and understanding of HTML5 and JavaScript
Understanding of layout systems and layout approaches for Web
CSS and CSS3
CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS etc.)
CSS organization (SMACSS, OOCSS, BEM, etc.)
CSS and HTML performance
Cross-browser markup. Understanding of issues
Semantic markup
Understanding of difference between Websites, Webapps and SinglePage apps.
Experience with Responsive lay outing ( very important )
CSS/HTML inspection tools (chrome dev tools, firebug etc.)
DOM management (jQuery, native DOM selectors)
Would be a plus if you have:
CSS Animations experience
Experience building own UI elements
Knowledge of UI frameworks like Bootstrap
Knowledge of React, WinJS: huge plus

JavaScript Developer
Deep understanding of JS Core (prototyping, closures, OOP in JS)
Modular systems (RequireJs, CommonJs)
Experience with architectures: MVC, MVVM (data bindings, routes)
Experience with at least one of frameworks: React+Flux, Backbone, AngularJs,
Ember, .
Experience with Client side template systems, Handlebars, DustJS
Candidate should understand how frameworks work and what are pros and cons
of using particular framework.
Work with build systems: Grunt, Gulp
JS performance technics
Understand the DOM
Experience with RESTful Api’s., CORS and Web Security
Unit testing for JS including tools and frameworks (Jasmine, Jest, Karma ,
etc)
JS debugging and profiling for Web and Mobile. (chrome dev tools, firebug,
remote debugging etc.)
Would be a big plus if you have:
Experience with TypeScript/ES6.
Experience with WebSockets.
Experience with WebWorkers.
Up to date with new standards: Service Workers, Web Notifications,
Visibility, LocalStorage etc.
Experience with variety of shims/polyfills is a plus. Writing your own is a
