我的是9月25号received。我现在用的三pre opt，快过期了。上次打克服电话时，他们
说，我这种因为case pending而产生gap的可以申请tempary EAD卡，这样就不至于要停
止employment了。有同学用过这种EAD卡吗？ 谢谢！ | H******n

发帖数: 1535 | 3 应该是没成功，但是说你的case已经在审了，而且30天之内就应该出结果了。。让你30
天之内没受到结果再跟USCIS联系。。。我觉得应该快了，估计这个星期下个星期就能
出结果了，好运！ | x****B
发帖数: 103 | 4 个人经验，加急无论成不成功都会有点作用。你这种如果没有违反OPT申请条件的话，
差不多该弄好了。如果已经弄好了只是没人处理，加急申请的时候应该有人查你状态。
顺便帮你更新信息。并制作或者寄出卡。如果没好的话。着急也没用。你好像不满足加
急条件。
