I like doing researches. For the faculty positions, you need to spend part
of your time on teaching. However for the research positions in company, I
can focus my attention on researches, thus I like a research position in a
company.

开头不要提faculty position 有多坏，而要说R&D in industry有多好。一句话正过来
反过来都一个意思，但是就能显示出你对这个职位的passion.

内利益可图的研究（事实上可能并不是）
