Talk to your HR to file extension for 3 more year
and use premium processing.
The HR may even not know about it or care about it.
Remember, if you don't care about it, nobody does.

，但是我累加到hb1年数是到今年到九月满三年，请问我的hb到截止日期是以那一个为

发帖数: 838 | 4 First of all, I am not an attorney. I suggest you ask company HR or
immigration attorney.
But I think you need to renew it before 2015/9, not now, so don't panic.
My experience makes me think it is like this:
If you start working for company A in 2010/9 and got H1B valid until 2013/9
You change to company B in 2011/9 and got another H1B valid until 2014/9.
In 2012/9, you change to company C and got another H1B valid until 2015/9.
You only need to renew before the current visa expires.
But overall, you have total of 6 years.
You need to apply for GC before end of 5th year of H1B to get extension
after 6
years.
Every time I renew H1B, the expiration date is 3 years later.
My H1B also expires in 2015, but I got 140 and EAD already and will not
renew it.
