- 1+ year at current or last job
- Good English communication skills
- Good personality (not too selfish)
- Graduated from a good US school
- Good CS training (CS degree preferred)
- Good coding skills
- Experienced with Java EE and things
- Experienced with Oracle or Postgres
- Understanding of performance (Java or C++, and SQL)
- Github code example
- Open source experience a plus
- Experience with large code base a plus
- PhD might be considered as experience
