Bilingual project assistant (San Jose Downtown)

Prominent business immigration law firm at San Jose is looking for full time
bilingual project assistant.
Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree -- preferably in business, finance
or a related field. Past experience includes analyzing financial documents,
bank records, balance sheets, purchase agreements, expense reports, and tax
records; familiar with MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel (spreadsheets, charts,
graphs), PowerPoint (preparation of visual/audible digital presentations);
ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and
verbal; to perform accurate mathematical calculations;
Job Duties: This position will primarily involve helping attorney to prepare
business plan and presentation. The applicant must be able to help attorney
keep track of complex financial documents and organize them into a coherent
packet suitable for filing. Applicant may also be responsible for
communicating with real estate developer and hotel developer helping client
obtain all necessary documents for their case.
