In this full-time role you will provide modeling and analytical support to
the organization. They will leverage diverse data sources to generate
insights that inform product and business decisions across the company. The
analyst will be joining an agile team that works vertically and horizontally
across the company to improve decision making, growth, and profitability.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable gathering, organizing, analyzing,
and presenting data, solving problems, and communicating results and
recommendations to a variety of stake holders.
Responsibilities •Partner with and provide analytic and modeling
support to teams across the organization.
•Transform raw data into meaningful and useful analysis.
•Identify key metrics to better understand and evaluate the
performance of products and processes.
•Develop reports and dashboards to track performance and aid in
planning and decision making.
•Aid in financial forecasting, modeling, and budgeting processes.
•Work closely with executives and other finance team members on
business and financial forecasting.
•Aid in optimization of media network and management of media
inventory.
Skills: •Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to organize and present complex data in a way that tells a
compelling story and drives decision making.
•Keen intuition about data analysis, the ability to distinguish what
matters from what doesn't, and a thorough understanding of the ways in which
data can mislead.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented
environment.
•Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams at
varying levels.
•Attention to detail.
•Strong to expert level Excel skills.
•SQL experience/knowledge a plus.
•Experience with scripting or statistical languages like VBA, Python,
Perl, Java and R a plus.
•Experience with financial modeling and forecasting a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science,
Economics or a related field.
