学位（我本来是打算先工作一段时间再回学校答辩的），这样 将来如果申请绿卡的时
候就可以是比较快的eb1,否则如果入职的时候没有PhD 学位的话很可能将来就不能走
eb1.后来她又发了个邮件给我，我回复问她，她还没回：
“
It is up to you whether you want to start with or without the official
transcript or school letter. However, it is not recommended to start without
it because it will cause future problem when filing for the H-1B or Green
Card. If we don’t get the degree verification or official transcript before
you start and we were to file for a green card for you in the future, the
USCIS might say that you started without the PhD degree; therefore, the
position doesn’t require a PhD degree. Consequently, the USCIS might put
you onto the EB-3 which is the slowest process for getting the green card.

所以想在这里问问有没有熟悉PhD申请H1b和绿卡的，工作之前答辩对我来说时间很紧，
但是如果这样确实有很大好处的话，我也只能尽力了：） |
