POSITION SUMMARY:
Immediate opening for an Audio/Video Testing Engineer to participate in our
Product Design team. The ideal candidate possesses strong sense of customer
service and team work, as well as hard working, has excellent
troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
This position is a intern-to-hire job: a three-month, part-time (20hr/week)
internship followed by a full-time, permanent position.
We are E-Verify and provide OPT-Extension, H1B and Green Card support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Problem solve customer playback issues
Document problems, testing methods and solutions
Test playback of discs, movies, music, videos
Manage library of test discs and media, as well as lab equipment and
supplies
REQUIREMENTS:
Good knowledge of DVD/HD and other video/audio formats.
General familiarity with High-definition Media Devices and Blu-ray disc
players
Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others,
Good oral and written communication in both English and Chinese (
mandarin).
Strong confidentiality consciousness (non-disclosure agreement needs to
be signed)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Engineering background, prefer audio/video enthusiast.

工作耐心，责任心强，有较强的保密意识；
善于发现测试中的问题，能独立完成日常测试任务；
能熟练使用英文、中文和不同部门、地区的同事交流；
