理时间。
网上也有这种EAD卡丢失的case，有些人通过跟USPS死磕最终找到了EAD卡。。。
我想问如果重新申请的话，能否在收到EAD卡之前凭receipt工作？

An application for a replacement EAD is filed if a card has been lost,
stolen, or mutilated, or when the previously issued card contains
erroneous information, such as a misspelled name or name change. If an
application for a replacement EAD is approved, the replacement
EAD will have the same dates and category as the EAD that was lost, stolen,
etc.
Persons applying for replacement documents can present the receipt for the I
-765 as evidence of employment eligibility but must produce a
valid card within 90 days of showing the receipt.

是谁呢，我就奇怪了，成天唱衰中国，怎么没人唱衰美国啊，shit | f********x
发帖数: 24 | 14 我太理解lz的状态了。想当年我也是跟usps死磕然后找到了。
很多人不能理解网上写着delivered但是没收到信的情况，实际就是：usps太操蛋了！！
我的approval letter 和卡是分开两封信寄的，前者大概早一周。后者有tracking。但
是我在我家报箱前蹲守没收到的时候，网上居然变成delivered了。随后连续两天早上
我8点到邮局截送信的，后来前后被两个manager接待，询问了2个邮递员关于信件的投
递流程，邮局方面说让回家等消息。
为了节约时间我先打电话申请了replacement，以为重新card production就行了，但是
当得知需要重新申请和缴费时，我老一度绝望。结果第二天下午给送来了，邮递员跟我
说压在一堆信底下没看见，我靠，一听就是扯淡。不过当时都快喜极而泣了谁还顾得上
投诉他们啊。
所以说，lz，你一定要和邮局死磕，一周没找到再申请replacement。
至于能否上工，法律上应该是不允许的，网上说的允许的情况针对于已经收到卡且核实
卡上信息无误后自行丢失。而你这种是lost in mail，就是自己压根没见到过卡。不过
我问过公司hr，这个过程不会上网，所以只要知道A num用于填写i9就可以过关了。A
num在approval letter上有。 | f********x
