今天上午第一次参加现场面试，对方是一个能源公司，分别在XXXX和YYYY，大
约有十几个DBA，没有RAC和ogg，使用active data guard。离我家大约1小时车程，机
会难得。到达面试地点之前一直在做激烈的思想斗争。放弃还是不放弃？这真是问题。
我是命令自己的两条腿往前走，脑子里想像着自己被人扔出来的样子。进入之后我被领
着做了短暂参观，然后被带进一个小会议室，几分钟之后进来3个DBA，正式开始对我狂
轰滥炸，前后约一个小时，全部是技术问题。前面是泛泛而谈，后面比较重视技术细节
和工作经验。我坚持了半个小时后开始感觉明显力不从心，尤其是工作经验部分，很简
单的问题也无法流畅表达。但是面试完了我还是很开心的，至少自己没有轻易放弃，也
算迈出了第一步。以下是我回忆的部分问题。
What are the new features of 11g compared to 10g?
How do you use data guard and golden gate?
Tell me your experience about RAC performance tuning.
What happened if multiple instances are reading the same block (not the same
row)?
What is active data guard?
What is supplemental redo log?
Do you even do RMAN backup and recovery? What exactly you did?
Do you even do partition tables? what exactly you did?
What is redo and undo?
What is hash join?
What parameters you used for data pump?
Can you describe the oracle memory structure, and what do they do?
Tell me your experience about SQL tuning.
