统计不用很多，基本的就行。Excel 要熟， 会 macro 更好，不会也行。

As a Demand Analyst, you will be a member of Demand Forecasting Team and
take direction from the Demand Forecasting Manager. You will be accountable
for analysis, tactical development, and delivery of forecasts from
individual SKUs to corporate topline; interacting with all levels of the
Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Finance departments. You enjoy a
dynamic, fast-paced workplace, have the ability to adapt to shifting
priorities, and are comfortable working with occasional tight timelines.
Overview:
• Develop forecast models based on key assumptions and in
collaboration and agreement with global marketing and product strategy teams
• Perform analyses and assessments that include market size,
penetration, market dynamics and potential revenue for worldwide forecasts
• Present forecasts to product development teams and senior management
for approval
• Owns the integrity of the demand forecast and the demand forecasting
process
• Primary point of contact for Manufacturing, Planning, and Finance
for all questions surrounding the demand forecast
• Develops variance reports capturing reasons for M/M and Q/Q changes
and communicates those to the leadership team
• Provides forecast feedback to product marketing team, challenging
their forecasts and ensuring that assumptions are well understood and
articulated
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Works with marketing to capture, document, and adjust the forecast
to reflect changes in future demand patterns due to gaining/losing market
share, new product launches, etc
• Develop metrics to direct improvements to managing demand
performance
• Develop reporting templates, dashboards and ad-hoc reports as-needed
• Develop requirements for automated reporting dashboards and reports
• Achieve, track, and maintain forecast accuracy according to stated
goals
• Promote continuous improvement of forecasting processes and
procedures
• Responsible for analysis and management of S&OP demand metrics
• Analyze demand trends based on customer forecast and firm orders
• Support weekly reporting as needed for demand meetings
• Create demand materials for monthly S&OP Meetings
Preferred Education Background:
• BA/BS in Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering, Business, or
Informatics
• MS/MBA preferred
Preferred Experiential Background:
• 3 -5 years forecasting experience, with a understanding of
forecasting methodologies and systems
• Ability to prepare and analyze complex data sets
• Working knowledge of planning processes and systems
• Strong project management skills—able to organize and complete
multiple projects efficiently and on-time
• Demonstrated analytical skills combined with a client service
orientation
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems independently
• Analytical, strong organizational skills and very detail oriented
• Effective verbal and written communication, analytical and
interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations
• Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates and all
levels of employees and management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications – Excel and
PowerPoint
• High degree of commitment to meeting deadlines, targets and
objectives
• A team player capable of delivering on multiple initiatives and
