Title: Sr. Product Manager, Yahoo! Display Advertising & Data Platforms
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Yahoo! Display Advertising & Data team is responsible for the technology
platform that powers all aspects of digital advertising on Yahoo! and
partner sites: from planning advertising campaigns to serving advertising
opportunities to users to analyzing performance. We build and deploy cutting
-edge solutions to optimize display advertising on Yahoo!’s platforms.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own product
identification and innovation to drive initiatives in the Advertising & Data
team. In this role, you will work very closely with a top tier product team
, and partner with teams across Yahoo!, including a world class engineering
team and leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Create product strategy & drive road map by working with customers and
Group level product owner
- Articulate product strategy and deliverables, both internally and
externally
- Translate organization level Themes into initiatives
- Produce specifications and user stories, assign priorities
- Drive initiatives to completion by working with Design, Engineering and QA
teams in an Agile environment
- Prioritize many competing alternatives and requests, balance customer
needs (both internal and external) with business priorities, and articulate
the rationale behind decisions
- Align with analytics and metrics - KPIs that drive business growth and
engagement
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of product management experience required with an in depth
understanding of the display advertising industry
- In depth understanding of advertising data and related analytics
- Ideal candidate has technical background, with past product management
experience in Display Advertising
- BSCS or Technical Degree required, with an MBA preferred |
