A Fulltime Entry level accounting position is open immediately in a medium
to large size company in Miami, Florida area.
Education: Accounting related Major.
Computer skills: Excel, office, Quickbooks, etc. If you don't
have any experience of using those accounting software, we will train you.
Language skills: Fluent English, Mandarin, Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities:
Included but not limited to
Updating daily receiving records,
Coordinate with the vendors, receiving, and purchasing departments
Matching invoices with receiving records, Processing A/P payments, verifying
freight, getting quotes, processing returns.
Assist in AR collection, by consistently contacting the customers on a
weekly basis.
Processing Material allocation, and inventory recording.
