1.Extract and analyze data to compare the spending, risk, and response to
four products were offered 12 months ago. The results, including statistical
significance, will be grouped by six parameters used to segment the
population.
2.Extract data and produce graphs to monitor call center call volumes which
may be impacted by an upcoming credit card policy change. Provide extended
team members with a weekly update highlighting the call volume trends and
alerting them of any issue that need to be addressed immediately.
3.Analyze summarized data on four product tests run six months ago in order
to recommend one, based on the product profitability. Develop the final
product parameters, population to offer the product to, and recommend those
with comparisons of different risk scenarios
4.Use existing databases to identify accounts to include in an account
management strategy. Use random statistical selection so that 80% received a
standard offer and 20% receive a new offer. Participate in regular status
meeting to ensure that the strategy progresses as planned to answer any last
