第一个是 on-site之后收到HR的信说，
Just wanted to let you know that the team was impressed with your background
and has asked me to start looking into a potential offer for you. We do
not have anything approved at this time, so please do not accept or decline
any other offers.
这样的是意味着会有offer，还是还在waiting list上钓起我？
第二个问题是，因为我没有及时提交硕士毕业申请，需要一年后才能拿到证书。但我可
以马上开始工作。因为不需要上课了。我原来也想先找到工作，然后再申请毕业。
结果HR跟我说，我这样的情况，只能按本科给我申请绿卡，时间会非常非常久。我说我
只有半年就可以拿到，那个时候连H1B都没有弄好，就不能等毕业证书好了之后再提交
申请吗？然后HR说，不管什么时候提交，都必须按我去公司第一天上班的学位状态申请
绿卡，然后即便半年后拿到硕士学位也不能改了。我还是头一次听说，我很多同学也都
是先工作半年，再拿到毕业证书的啊。HR说的到底怎么回事呢？ |

即使是答辩之后拿到学位之前也不行？

我也有好几个同学也是比毕业提前半年去上班，没听说有啥问题。
象这样，HR说绿卡申请只能走EB3
如果半年后拿到学位，也不能update么
