Why I submit resume from interviewstreet but no company reply me? Anybody
have the same issue? Is the website going down?

This has nothing to do with interviewstreet. Normally the companies might
look at your resume and then decide whether they want to interview you or
not. Like dropbox and quora seldom interview people because their bar is
simply too high for the general public.
