Current Need
This is an entry level position
Position Description
Responsible for the analysis, design, programming, debugging and
modification of local, network or internet-related computer programs for
commercial or end user applications such as materials management, financial
management, HRIS or desktop applications products. Writes code, completes
programming and performs testing and debugging of applications using current
programming language and technologies. Completes documentation and
procedures for installation and maintenance. May interface with users to
define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
Minimum Requirements
Education/Training
4-year degree - Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Management
Information Systems
Business Experience
None required - we are seeking a recent college graduate.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills
Degree related coursework including: Java, HTML, JavaScript, .NET, Microsoft
Windows Operating Systems.

Position Description
Our Resource Planning group is looking for Support Analysts for its
Materials Management solutions. This is a customer service role where you
will be responding to questions from customers who are using our software.
Primary responsibilities include: analyzing error messages and data results
, searching a knowledgebase for possible answers or workarounds, and
troubleshooting and diagnosing error conditions to identify problem area(s)
and recommend corrective actions.
Minimum Requirements
4 year college degree with study or concentration in one of the following
areas: Healthcare, public health or nursing informatics, Computer Science,
Decision Science, IT, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Related fields also
considered
Additional Knowledge & Skills
-Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to multi-task
-Able to work in a team environment
