Hana Innosys ( www.hanainnosys.com) is looking for energetic, creative S/W
Engineer, PM, SQA to join our solution integration team. HANA Micron's(www.
hanamicron.com) success in Semiconductor and Digital Industry is already
proven, and we're expanding our business to solution integration - Hana
Innosys. This team will be designing new products and integrate various IT
solutions.
1.PM
Technical Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Project /Practice Management
• Creates and executes project work/development plans and revises
as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual
responsibilities.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Develop and manage for quality assurance procedures.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored
appropriately.
Communication
• Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
• Holds regular status meetings with project team.
• Keeps project team well informed of changes within the
organization and general corporate news.
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to
superiors.
• Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
• Resolves and escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Technical Understanding
• Possesses general understanding in the areas of application
programming, database, system design and related HW devices
• Understands “System Integration”, “Telecom device network”,
or “Financial Industry devices”
• Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the
potential application on client engagements.
Qualifications
• Computer Science or Engineering background
• International business trips are required
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Spanish is plus
2. Software Engineering Manager
(5+year experience)
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and evaluate new S/W platforms and product
solutions
Work with the rest of the development team to ensure the quality
and consistency of S/W
Own your own project
Be responsible for the quality of applications
Contribute well-written, easily maintainable code
Support sales team through customer need assessment, proposal
development and customer communications
Work effectively on multiple projects, meet aggressive
deadlines
Understand the customer’s business requirements
Travel to client sites to provide technical supports
Requirements
BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
Demonstrated proficiency in C/C++, Visual Basic, C#, Web
programming, DB programming
5+ years of development experience
Strong coding skills, capable or writing high-quality code
Strong quality focus with software lifecycle and development
processes
Good problem solving skills
Good integration and bug triage skills
Good communication skills
Ability to deal with frequent interruptions and changing
priorities
Fluency in English and Chinese; Spanish is plus

3. SQA
Job title – QA Engineer
• 3 years experience as a software QA Engineer
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
• Experience writing test plans and test cases
• Self Started, ability to quickly learn new tools and products
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Extensive experience in the development of automated testing
systems
• Solid scripting skills
• Ability to follow rigorous quality assurance processes
• Chinese is a plus
• Create, maintain, and execute QA Test cases
• Perform functional, regression, ad-hoc, and edge-case testing as
part of our fast-paced release cycles
• Report and track bugs and issues, log them into the bug tracking
system
• Work with development and support teams to investigate bugs
reported by customers, reproduce, and produce them
