strike price and the status of the company at the acquisition. Some
companies are not growing and are brought at 10, 20 Million.Then the options
are worthless.
On the other hand, I think 40,000 out of 58M is a bit low for 11th or 12th
employee. How about the strike price of the options? Are they ISOs? |

strike price 说是加入时候的fair market price, offer letter里面没有明确说。
