1，没有提到LCA，它是不是包含在2）中了呢？
2，第三步，公司签名是传真、扫描还是要寄来寄去呢？
3，综合起来大概多久能file呢？现在我已经把所有的信息和资料都给律师了。
给律师发信也不睬我，所以只好请教各位了！
1) GATHER ALL INFORMATION. xx must have all the information necessary to
prepare you H-1B change of status petition.
2) PREPARE PETITION. Once xx receives the requested information and
documents, the preparation of your H-1B petition will begin. It normally
takes xx 5-10 business days to finalize the petition for signature upon
receipt of all requested documents.
3) SEND PETITION DOCUMENTS FOR SIGNATURE. xx will send the H-1B
documentation to yy, Inc. for review and signature. At that time, if
applicable, xx will also send the necessary documents for any dependent
family members for you to review, sign and return to our office.
4) ASSEMBLE AND FILE PETITION. Upon return of these documents, xx will
assemble your petition and file the petition with USCIS. We will notify all
parties as soon as the petition is filed.
5) SEND RECEIPT NOTICE. xx will notify you and yy, Inc. when a USCIS
receipt notice is received on your case. It can take USCIS 2 to 4 weeks
after filing to issue the receipt notice.
6) SEND APPROVAL NOTICE PACKET. Finally, USCIS will yy, Inc. the original H
-1B approval directly. You will in turn receive the original approval
notice along with the underlying petition that was filed with USCIS. |

要催他们，米国人比较slack；我也是觉得发邮件不管用，刚打电话催了

发帖数: 266 | 3 但是给我的邮件里明确说了通过邮件联系。。而且我怕惹恼了律师。这个律师所是公司
外雇的，他们应该也不能效率太低吧？

发帖数: 2650 | 4 我发邮件对方回复倒是很快，但是他们有时候自己搞不清楚状况，把你耽误了是
有可能的；我后来打电话过去一件件核实，他当场花了几分钟全搞清楚，然后告诉我
今天就可以file petition了。我要没打电话搞不好又要到下周了。。。

发帖数: 309 | 5 我也发现了，美国人有时候搞不清楚的东西还以为自己弄清楚了，就像我的case，我是
从学校transfer到公司，我跟他们说要早一点提交申请，3月底材料就给他们了，可是
他们到上周都没有给我file到uscis，我上周催他们，他们还振振有词的说我的是
transfer不占当年的quota，我又给他们解释了半天，催了半天，上周四才给我file上
去，希望能顺利占坑。 |
