My offer letter says "this offer is contingent upon the clearance of the
background check". They asked me to sign an authorization document together
withe the offer letter for them to do a Kroll background check a week ago.I
have not received any response since then.
Anyone has similar experience?

发帖数: 112 | 6 They emailed me the offer letter. It is a fulltime job offer. Besides the
offer letter, they also asked me to sign an authorization for them to do a
kroll background check. They said in the offer letter that the offer is
contingent upon the clearance of the background check. Although I don't
worry about the background check, but I want to know how long this check
normally takes and what the next procedure is following the background check
clearance.

Mine is different, it is just an intern. They didn't email me anything, just
called to ask if I want to accept the offer. Then she said the next step is
background check. I am curious about this too. So they don't need me to
provide anything during this stage?
