职位写的时候没有要求greencard citizen 现在看公司也愿意支持h1b. 不知道这个
export controlled technology是不是个问题。 公司是baker hughes， 不知道有没有
类似经验的人， 请给一些意见。 下面是最近的给我的回复。 不知道还要等多久。
The team liked you and thought you would be a good fit, and I received
permission for sponsorship for the position. But I have to check with our
Export Compliance group. There was some concern that we may have export
controlled technology in our building. If that is the case, we will not be
allowed to hire a foreign national for this position because it would be a
violation of U.S. law. So that’s the status…I hope to have a conversation
with our Export Compliance group in the next couple of days. I’m not sure
how long it will take for them to get back to me with an answer. | G******i
