项目做完了,暂时还没找到下家
如果没有下家, 还能有多长时间呆在美国找工作?
前三个月的时间没有用, 现在还可以用吗?

[now, min(now+3months, end date on the opt card)]
比如说end date 是5/1/2012,三个月后就已经超过5/1/2012了，所以实际上并没有三个
月的时间，只有一个月多点。

这三个月必须是在OPT期间用的,
如果可以办opt extension, 这三个月没用完的天数可以算到extension里的
unemployment的天数吗? |

三个月。如果到end date了，你就“成功完成你的OPT”了。还管什么三个月？

don't use it before, could we use it again? :)

unemployment days), you will have a new 60 day grace period after OPT.

So what can i do in the New 60 days grace period?
Could I change my status, like change to F2? apply H1B if i get a job in
this period? or extend my OPT for extra 17 months? Look forward to your kind

发帖数: 12623 | 15 Yes, you can change your status. If you apply for H1B with cap, then your
grace period is automatically extended to October 1. I don't think you can
extend your OPT at that point since it has already ended (not sure).
