另外，如果觉得职位描述你很感兴趣，但是觉得可能不符合，别害怕！
只要你感兴趣的职位，都可以投的。
对 intern 也有效，你只要有个 Job ID，就可以帮你 refer.
不行。如果已经投过了，我帮你refer也没用，简历通不过系统的。
我所知道的，绿卡 SDE2 以上才能办。如果有朋友对这比较了解可以补充一下。

看了一些收到的简历，发现一些共同的毛病，在此给一些建议，希望对正在找工作的朋
友受用。
1) 简历太多页数。
如果你是 Fresh Grad，最多一页。如果是有工作经历的，最多两页。Recruiter通常不
会在一份简历花超过二十秒的时间，所以尽量把最抢眼的经历和关键字放在第一页。
2）简历上太多空白。
太多空白导致浪费宝贵空间，建议把 page margin 缩小一点，这样可以写更多内容。
这也是怎样把两页的简历缩成一页的方法之一。
3）简历上提到跟工作无关的东西：
例如爱好，学校参与过的活动，等等。。。这些看上去只让人感觉简历不够内容而硬加
进来。
建议大家利用别人写好的模板，这样你写简历的时间就能省一半时间了。以下是个很好
的 Sample Resume 当参考，还有免费模板下载，强烈推荐：

了什么问题。
这里把我给那位朋友的建议分享出来，希望大家好好改一改简历，增加拿到面试的机会。
记住，你不需要把你所有的经历都列进简历里！最重要的是 quality，而不是
quantity。把最强的几个经历列进去就好了，其他可以全部删掉。如果可以的话，尽量
缩成一页。
一眼望去，简历除了列了很多经历之外，看不到什么亮点，为什么呢？
你主要都在说底层用了什么实现，等等。感觉没什么特出之处。
你要知道首先你得过了 recruiter 这关。recruiter 不懂你在做什么，也没有那么足
够的时间去理解你做的东西。
最重要就是说出你做了这个project的成果，你的贡献是什么。如果成果能量化那更加
好！
给个例子：
Implemented the frontend system using PHP and jQuery.
那还不如这句更能抓住人心：
Achieved real-time feedback on user interface with AJAX, implemented using
jQuery library. Improved business throughput and increased sales by 60%. |

是如果不列，人家会不会纳闷你phd都干了些什么呢？

发帖数: 1145 | 28 你可以放 paper，如果跟你申请的职位有关系的话（通常是 research 职位）。
如果是 SDE 职位的话，建议你多放编程经历（例如，编程比赛，学校或者自己做的
project,没有完成也无所谓），因为recruiter肯定是着重于这个。
当然，你也可以列一些你的paper，这肯定没问题，但是别列太多。（一两个就好）。

了。今天他告诉我有 recruiter 开始联系他了。所以如果你之前六个月内投过简历但
没得到回复，请把你的简历也投过来吧。能不能拿到面试 -- YMMV，但还是值得试一试
