data base team, bonus is high.. other team, not that good
mostly, if you r just an engineer, bonus is 3-5% per year in non-database
team/org.
oracle is not good at pay.. just want to let you know..
if you work for H1B and greencard, that is the other story.

oracle工资很高吧 fresh ms 都是105k+很多sign on

It's up to each individual..
as I know, fresh MS, did not get 105k...
some experienced MS got less than 100k.
