求职到了山重水复的地步。是不是因为有了gap申请Ph.D的工作就基本没人理睬？是不
是因为曾经是Ph.D,申请只需硕士学位的工作，人家也不考虑？如果这样，是不是没有

1. Immigration status is a big issue for many companies. For academia, it
shouldn't be a problem.
2. Taking care of baby is a legitimate reason. No need to worry about that.
3. Gap has reasonable cause(baby), not a problem.
4. Ph.D. do a master's job: tricky. depends on how you present yourself.
Never never lose confidence to yourself. Hope is the best thing one could
have for his/her life.
Relatively speaking, you have an advantage of being an minority women.
Usually female minority is easier to get a job than male minority. | s******t
