发帖数: 133 | 1 现在OPT STEM EXTENSION，去年９月就已经批了，但是由于我那段时间搬家，就没有邮
到，Returned To USCIS as undeliverable on Nov 2nd, 2011,然后Nov 8th就打电话
更新了地址, 之后一直也寄不出来, １月９号，打电话申请了个service request.
现在没有任何动静，本来以为在１月８号 之前肯定能拿到卡。入职日期改了好几次了
，新公司好象等不及了，要取消OFFER。
怎么办？好心人更告诉我么？ |

发帖数: 2265 | 2 I don't know about extension. But as far as I know, for normal OPT, if it
is
approved but not delivered successfully, you can file an application for
card
replacement. It will take another 1-3 month for you to get the card. But
you can work once you get the receipt number. I guess this should be
similar
for OPT extension.
You can talk to your company. print out uscis rules in case HR has
concerns. |

份才批准。不影响工作 |

You have your extension approved but just did not receive your card. I think
it is the same as you lost your card.
Did you work during the 180+ days?

card to start working.
