标 题: ！！急问： 新工作的开始日期能否推迟？

已经定下来是1/30开始，但是由于家庭的一些临时情况我想推迟到2/6开始。offer已经
发了并且我也签字了，offer上面写的是1/30开始。这种情况有没有可能推迟开始日期
？如果可能的话，应该是跟HR说还是跟我未来的老板说？我的工作室在一个研究所，博
士后。

if the employer is nice, they may lend or even give you a week to settle
down your matter. you'll get paid.

But my position is just a postdoc, although I get all benefits as a regular
employee. Maybe they won't be that nice to me. And everyone is required to
fill out a time sheet to report the work hours. If I skip the first week, I
can't fill out the time sheet and can't get paid :(

我如果推迟一个星期，我还可以在现在单位继续拿一个星期的工资，所以我不会失去一
个星期的收入的。如果我会有一个星期没有收入，那我无论如何也不会推迟这一个星期
的。

我也想推迟。。。。。
