本人10/11 receipt TSC, 11/02 打电话加急。11/09收到信说：we have requested
your case for review. You can expect a decision or other notice of action
soon. 高兴以为expedite request 被批准。结果是空欢喜一场：昨天收到11/07的平信
说：
due to high volume of expedite requests... we are strictly enforcing the
criteria that has been set for expedite requests. Our review indicates that
this case is actually within our current processing time. You should receive
a decision within 90 days.
这个是不是意思就是不够格，expedite被拒。我11/28是start date. 大家说还有啥办
法不。TSC真是太次了--把我case都拿出来review然后又生生放回去。nnd.
