我看到release agreement有一句
i agree not to apply with the company in the future and I understand that
the company has no obligation to re-hire or employ me.
这个是不是签了之后就不能重新申请原来公司了？
我可能马上会回原来公司其他地方的职位。
不签的话我的serverance package就没有了
不是我贪心，layoff的时候告诉我serverance这笔钱数额基本等于我去年的bonus。
大家有经历过这样的事情吗？
明天我得决定要不要签这个字了，我不想失去offer，也不想失去这笔本来属于自己的
奖金
