5000*2%代表的是什么，看上去像是某种COST?
画图部分我连题目都没看明白，customer loss和account balance change怎么会有关
系吗？如果没有关系又怎么能画在一张图里呢？更疑惑的是profit=80的弧线是怎么来
的呢？
