.以前在其他州，有过路费，没注意就没交，没事老去逛街，过了5次 最后回到自己上
学的州 罚了125多。。。然后下面要填写这个。。。我该怎么办啊！要怎么填，会影响

望可以顺利的去这个地方！
但是下面描述说如果少于或等于100 不算，但是我那个是125，他们把5次给累加起来了
！我当时真的不是故意的！谁会因为1块钱，去做这样的事情的！
那我填NO 么？
