的。Entry Level。请问哪个的发展方向较好啊？每个的career path 是什么啊？那个

第一个是consulting firm, 主要的服务对象是insurance, banking 等financial 公司
。title 是 programmer analyst. Responsibilities 是
1. Be instrumental in receiving aggregated data, investigating relationships
between distinctive events for analysis
2 Develop techniques and computer algorithms for data analysis, segmentation
analysis and model prediction for making it meaningful and actionable
3 Interpret end-user technical requirements by specifying economic decision
models, determining appropriate data sources, and performing detailed
statistical analysis
4. Be involved in the approach to the problem definition
5. Summarize analysis and create exhibits that transmit the message of the
data effectively
6. Structure analytical approach with help from Modeling staff
7. Begin structuring approach to analysis with help of senior staff
第二个Healthcare Company. 主要的服务对象是 healthcare provider, hospital的
clinical data。 title是 SAS Programmer. Responsibilities 是
1. The SAS Data Analyst position involves the programming and analysis of
client data with an emphasis on clinical measures and medical cost reporting.
2. Integrate and process monthly data feeds from various internal and
external sources into a data warehouse in support of client reporting.
3. Complete a variety of clinical and financial client ad hoc analyses in an
efficient and timely manner.
4. Assist in designing, programming and standardizing processes and reports
for new clients.

Full Time职位。多长的Contract呀？干完了下一个咋办？ | w*****o

第二个也是，是专门服务医院那种consulting，不过我申请那个部门是不用出去的，就
在总部用SAS做data，大概10-20% travel. 第一个就是专门做 insurance/financial
的consulting. 3年的project，驻一家保险公司做，跟我学的精算比较接近。三年后，
如果本地有其他project 就继续，如果没有就 relocate,三年后的事谁都说不清.
to wchippo: 第一个钱是多 8K, 另外还有15% bonus, 离家远，1 hour driving. 第二
个比较近，在downtown，开车5 minutes, 坐车半个钟，bonus 看表现，估计大概5%。
我有身份。但第一个公司可以 sponsor visa,因为之前他们以为我没有gc。第二个不知
道，因为我在申请时勾了gc,然后他们从来没有问过这个问题。 |
