Job Description: VoIP Technical Support and Trouble Shooting
Level One support for Seawolf XRainbow VoIP system customers, including
but not limited to setup customer account, configure client device,
customer VoIP service setup, trouble shooting support, Etc.
Candidates require strong knowledge of small office/home networking,
HTTP, HTML, PHP. Very comfortable to Linux or Unix based interface.
Ability to analyze, identify problem and provide solution. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
*Job Location: Long Island, New York
Local candidate (NY, NJ) is preferred. And anyone willing to relocate to NY
are welcome to apply
Degrees: Bachelor's
*Majors: IT/Engineering
This is a full time position. Salary based on experience. Available
immediately.
