Nice to talk to you and xxx on Friday, it’s a pleasure that I’m offered
the job. My wife and I are very positive to accept the offer, albeit we are
a little disappointed about the salary. I understand that xxx is no big
company. As I talked with xxx in the interview, I don’t expect a high
number will be offered. However, from the information I get online at salary
.com, excluding the bonus, the median salary in xxx area is about 82k/year
based on the survey. 65k/year is far below the average, only about 10% of
xxx are paid that number. In addition, to accept this offer, my wife has to
give up her job in Nashville. Therefore, to be fair to both of us, would you
please increase the salary to 75k/year? That’s the number that less than 1
/3 of the xxx are paid in xxx area. Thank you very much.

为网上的数据本来也不是很靠谱.而且说他们no big company,本来认为就会低,但没有
想到这么低,对方肯定生气了.而且直接要1w的增加不知道是不是太多了?没有经验.我是
完全没有negociate,给多少是多少.毕竟现在年景不好.
我觉得谈工资是不是电话好点,因为一句话一句话可以听得对方的反应,然后心里有个谱
.不至于要的太多?email很容易变成证据,对方怒了,直接forward下去,就都得罪了.
没别的选择的话,写信去再要回来吧,注意措辞, 加油 | w*****o
