located in Los Angeles. We are in our 6 year and we've been

We are currently looking for a Tech Lead as part of our growing team.
This is a unique role serving as the liaison between various business
stakeholders and our overseas outsource team. Applicants for the this
position will be asked to exhibit a level of comfort in dealing with the
following responsibilities:
Managing/expanding/training/evaluating outsource programming team.
Making strategic architectural, design and implementation decisions on
complex business problems.
Communicate with different business departments to gather business
requirements and turn them into design and technical specs.
Communicate with outsource team to turn business requirements and tech
specs into high quality codes.
Ensure the stability of high traffic sites by evaluating different
hosting solutions, design a cost effective system, and optimization.
Lead the mobile development process.
Improve software development and documentation process with the
outsource team.
Of course, actual coding.
Ideal candidates for this position will meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or math.
3+ years LAMP development experiences.
1+ years team leader experiences.
Very comfortable with Linux system admin, MySql optimization, and
optimizing sites for heavy traffic.
Must have experiences with heavy traffic site.
Must have worked with overseas outsource team.
Very good verbal and written communication skills between various
business stakeholders and outsource team.
Very good project management skills.
Willing to work on extended or flexible hours with the oversea outsource
team.
Bi-lingual(English and Chinese) highly preferred.
Existing overseas outsource resources highly preferred.
Compensation: $60k-$80k with benefit.
