司一中国招聘经理聊后得知，我的工资将由猎头公司发放，如果想讨价还价，应该找猎

permanent positions? I searched online and found the average hourly rate is
around $23. Right now they want to pay me $21. Should I ask for $25. Please
give me some ideas and suggestions since I am a rookie in the job search.
