when it expires. I want to make sure that we avoid any potential impact on

然后我解释我可以用CPT工作，不会有绿卡的麻烦。收到回复
I am actually more concerned about impact on the amount of time that has
been authorized for you to work in the US. I will confirm with HR that
there are no implications for you.
我不太明白这个是什么意思，为什么会有IMPACT。
这个offer可能黄了吗？ |

发帖数: 628 | 2 有人如果用 OPT 来做 intern 的话，相当于今后毕业之后自己的 OPT 相应的时间就减
少了，对今后的找工有一定损失。听起来可能 HM 希望这次的 intern 不会对你今后的
求职等等造成不好的影响，是在替你考虑。
有的学校不给 CPT 来做 intern, 只允许用 OPT 的时间。但是你如果用 CPT，应该不
会有什么影响，可以和 HM 多解释一点。 |

我之前拿到个intern offer，当时我已经毕业了，面试的时候也和HM说了，他说只要我
不嫌钱少就ok。但是最后要HR办手续了，HR说已经毕业的不能做intern，就黄了

，还剩下8个月。
所以好像她说的IMPACT不是关于这个。不知道是不是怕对公司有什么影响，比如不想牵
扯到SPONSOR什么的，因为这个以前已经拒了一个OFFER了，真希望不要出什么事情，要
不又得从头找，而且暑假马上就要开始了。 |

发帖数: 121 | 5 It seems that HR just wants to know your status clearly so that she can work
on it. If you are not sure, just follow up with her. If you got the offer,
she should be happy to answer your questions.

发帖数: 1309 | 6 Just tell them you can use CPT and CPT can be obtained from your school
within a week or so. And that is ALL authorization you need to work in the
US. Some hr does not know or do not bother to learn about different visa and
work authorization policy. |
