发帖数: 658 | 1 I've got a parttime job during my OPT. I told my boss that I need at least
21 hours per week in order to keep my OPT valid. The boss said OK, then he
hired me and told OISS in my school that I am temporarily employed. But the
issue is that actually the job does not require 21 hours per week, therefore
my timecard that I filed out before I get paid shows that I worked less
than 21 hours per week. Is that matters regarding my maintenance of OPT?
